You can place your order as follows:
Browse through our range of gifts and select the gift you would like to send. Remember to add any extra add a gift items and then proceed to checkout.
Call us on 1300 787 204 and place your order over the phone. We will ask for all the billing/shipping details and make sure you don’t forget a thing. You can pay immediately via EFTPOS by providing us with your credit card details or we can send you a PayPal invoice to pay later.
Send an email to email@example.com with all the billing/shipping details, your gift selection and greeting card message. We will call you to request payment via EFTPOS by providing us with your credit card details or we can send you a PayPal invoice for payment.
4) Bulk Orders
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your selection and number of gifts required after which we will call you to request payment via EFTPOS by providing us with your credit card details or we can send you a PayPal invoice for payment.
The New Baby Hampers website is a safe environment and we do not provide any of your details to a third party.
We accept payment as follows:
1) PayPal Payments Online
Please note you are NOT required to have a PayPal account in order to use your credit card, Visa card, MasterCard or American Express card to make payments through PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest payment methods available and will keep your financial information private. They guarantee 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
2) eWAY / Credit Card
Make payment with your credit card safely and securely by using eWAY. eWay is one of Australia’s leading payment gateways focusing on security and ease of use.
You can provide us with your credit card, Visa card or MasterCard details and we will use PayPal’s mobile EFTPOS service, PayPal Here™, to charge your account. Please note you are NOT required to have a PayPal account. We will then forward you a receipt of payment.
We are happy to send you a PayPal invoice to make payment via your own PayPal account or by using your credit card, Visa card or MasterCard. Please note you are NOT required to have a PayPal account should you make payment with a card.
5) Direct Bank Deposit
We accept payment via direct deposit, please provide your name or order number as a reference. Your gift will only be dispatched from our office after the funds have cleared into our account.

Cancellation of your order
Should you need to cancel your order we can do so provided you notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date from our office. A fee of $25 will be charged to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled departure date from our office will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total listed cost and the loss of the delivery fee.
If your order has been collected by our courier we regret there will be no cancellation available.
At New Baby Hampers we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our service, however, if your gift has been damaged or is faulty we will happily replace any damaged items accordingly. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
If your gift has been lost or damaged due to third party courier related error we regret that we are unable to refund you as the gift is no longer our responsibility once it leaves our offices.
Please send your returned item in the original packaging to New Baby Hampers, 26 Evans Street, Sans Souci, 2219 NSW. Please note – In the same way as a department store, if you purchase a product and it is damaged or faulty New Baby Hampers will not send a courier to collect the item from your home, the customer will need to return the item at their own expense and using their own courier. New Baby Hampers will assess the damage and if deemed our error we will replace the gift and cover the re-delivery fee.

New Baby Hampers undertakes various marketing avenues including the use of coupon codes. If you have a coupon code you can redeem it on the checkout page by adding the unique code in the box labeled “Coupon Code”.
Please bear in mind these coupons have expiry dates and cannot be used for a discount on the delivery costs.
